  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at FiercelyGreen has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

 

  1. What's your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@fiercelygreen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received, we will contact you by email to let you know the status of your refund. Once confirmed, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment,

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation, in which case you would need to request a return for the item at no additional cost.

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of the original delivery date. Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, imperfections and natural variations are commonplace. Unfortunately, we can only accept exchanges due to sizing issues or defects. Each item purchased may be exchanged only once. Subsequent attempts will be treated as returns and are subject to the same policies.

Please include in your email to support@fiercelygreen.com the reason for your exchange, any sizing issues, and/or any other information we will need to process your request.
